Spraynard
Spraynard is an influential American punk band hailing from West Chester, Pennsylvania, emerged onto the punk scene in 2008. With their energetic and raw sound, Spraynard quickly became a notable force in the punk landscape.
Formation and Early Releases
The band’s inception in 2008 marked the beginning of their impactful journey. Spraynard’s initial venture into the music scene included the release of a split EP with Captain, We’re Sinking via Creep Records, setting the stage for their punk odyssey.
In 2010, Spraynard intensified their presence with two split releases: one with Paramedic! through Square of Opposition Records and another with Sundials via Evil Weevil Records. The same prolific year witnessed the birth of their debut full-length album, “Cut and Paste,” released under the banner of Runner Up Records.
Evolution and Full-Length Albums
The band’s trajectory showcased continuous growth and creative exploration. On May 10, 2011, Spraynard unveiled their second full-length studio album, “Funtitled,” under the acclaimed Asian Man Records.
Continuing their journey, Spraynard treated fans to an EP titled “Exton Square,” jointly released by Asian Man Records and Square of Opposition Records on April 17, 2012.
The Mark Tom And Patrick Show
In 2014, Spraynard added another chapter to their discography with the release of a collection record titled “The Mark Tom And Patrick Show,” a testament to their musical prowess and evolution.
Mable and Beyond
April 28, 2015, marked a significant moment in Spraynard’s timeline when Jade Tree released the song “Bench,” providing a sneak peek into their third full-length studio album, “Mable.” Premiering on July 8 via Stereogum and officially released on July 10, “Mable” showcased the band’s maturity and continued commitment to their punk roots.
